Took 4 tea bags in total ( 2 at night and 2 in the morning)The first week I noticed that I had to go more frequently to the restroom. The second week was fewer visits to the restroom. After 28 days, I was feeling less bloated and needed to use the restroom once a day. No sign of constipation and more importantly I lost 2kgs of fat with no workout. My stomach went down a 1inch and a half. The tea is great value for money. I would highly recommend it.
